Asparagus Canning Recipe
Place lids in almost boiling water.
Pack wide mouth pint jars full of asparagus.
Fill jars a quarter inch from top with boiling water.
Add one half teaspoon of salt.
Screw lids on tight.
Place jars in pressure cooker.
Add water and lid to pressure cooker.
Heat and bring up to 15 pounds of pressure.
Maintain 15 pounds of pressure for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to cool slowly.
When completely cooled remove jars and wipe clean.
