Chicken Noodle Soup

4 pounds of chicken thighs
10 cups water
1½ pounds celery
¾ pound spaghetti
salt to taste
pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste

Cook chicken with water in a crock pot on low overnight.
Remove chicken from crock pot and debone. (bones will fall off meat, so remove from crock pot carefully)
Place chicken meat back into crock pot.
Cut celery into 1/2 inch pices and add to crock pot.
Break spaghetti in half and boil in a pot of water until fat and soggy. (about 20 minutes)
Drain water from spaghetti. (do not rinse)
Place spaghetti in crock pot.
Cook in crock pot on high for another hour or so, then season to taste.
