Pickled Dietrich Idaho Asparagus Recipe
Canned Pickled Dietrich Idaho Asparagus.
Place lids in almost boiling water.
Place garlic clove in bottom of each wide mouth pint jar.
Place ½ tsp mustard seed, ½ tsp red pepper flakes in each jar.
Place ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar in each jar.
Pack jars full of asparagus.
Fill jars a ¼ inch from top with ½ boiling water, ½ vinegar mixture.
Screw lids on tight.
Submerge jars in boiling water for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to cool slowly.
When completely cooled remove jars and wipe clean.
